Gordon Gallop and BBQSaturday 12th of July 2008 3:00PM
Dear Hashers and civilians.
It is my intention as part of fundraising for my End to End cycle in August for Wooden Spoon to organise a run along the Gordon Way followed by a BBQ party at Sauchen.
This is planned for Saturday 12th July.
Preliminary timings would be;-
RUNNERS
Creachann, Sauchen for 10.00 to arrange transport up to Suie Woods above Alford.
11.00 depart Suie.
Run 2 to 3 hours.
Finish options would be either at Bennachie car park to pick up transport back to Creachann or detour off Gordon Way above Don View and finish in Monymusk at the Grant Arms [extra 1 mile but good beer]. Please indicate preference.
Back to ours for bbq and drinks during afternoon and evening.
PARTY GOERS
15.00 onwards
There will be games and a raffle.
Limited B & B space available [first come first served etc]
Lots of camping space [breakfasts available].
Runners will have to book in order to organise transport.
