From Sunday 8th of January 2007 and for the remainder of the current run season, until the AGM in September, a £3 run fee/ hasher will be charged. However, for the regulars who intend to run most of the remaining 36 events this year, we will accept a single fee of £72 (36 *£2) covering the run fee for all dates up to the AGM. At any time a hasher can join the fixed fee structure by paying the balance of the run fees in one lump sum, i.e. Sunday 14 January 2007 a fee of £70 would applied and so on.
The fixed fee will cover only the run fees, any additional expenditure such as transportation etc will be levied as and when applicable.
Having paid the lump sum, a hasher is still expected to attend a run to increase the run tally toward their next award.
The committee will review the viability of this new fee structure before the next AGM.
